AVOID AVOID AVOID! My company hired Palestine Water Well Service (now Palestine Drilling & Service) to drill a shallow oil well. The time they took to drill the well was over TWICE the average drill time of all other drilling contractors in the area for similar wells in the prior 30 years. During the drilling, company owner Jere Prtichett assaulted me and then falsely accused me of attacking him with a knife.
