The staff nurses and doctors were all very helpful keeping us informed what they were doing in every step. They got us taken care of fast and were very efficient . We could not have asked for any better care. A+++++
Only getting two stars for the front desk ladies. The WAIT. Oh my god the wait. You’re better off driving to Jacksonville or Tyler to be seen faster. You wait two hours to be pulled in the back. Another hour for the doctor to come in. Another two hours for test results and another hour waiting for discharge. I understand these things take time but they need to figure something out.
All staff courteous and respectful! Treated with the utmost care! Nurse Alyssa, radiology tech Randall wonderful!!!
