Ambulance brought wife into emergency and into immediate triage until ER room was ready. When she got into our old dingy room, there was an extremely loud team of about 6 security guards (for another company) visiting their coworker just outside room as well as inside his room, next to ours. They proceeded to talk and curse very loudly causing me to complain to the nurse and shut the door. They done nothing about that, which proceeded to last the entire 5 hours my wife was there. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! It doesn't take 5 hours for what I came in for! This is ridiculous.
They did a amazing job amd were very helpful
I went to this ER twice in one day with severe abdominal pain, pain level was a 10.I was diagnosed with abdominal pain and nausea with vomiting on my discharge paperwork. I had a ruptured grapefruit sized ovarian cyst with ovarian torsion. I spoke with a Palestine Regional patient advocate about this today, and she couldn’t answer how they could have missed a 9 cm bleeding cyst in my abdomen with 2 abd CTs, and 2 abd USs. Have been here over 3 hours and they have only taken one person back. One. And there are two people in front of me. Do the math on those numbers. My husband said it would be faster to drive an hour to and from Tyler. I should have listened. It has now been 6 hours. 6 and I have seen no one.
