I have ordered from here since I moved to Beloit 5 years ago. Have had a couple issues like 2 in 6 yrs. But today I'm just really let down. Been ordering meatball sausage platter for a year+ today got (pic) this. I was shocked no sausage looks like not homemade meatballs even the sauce is different. Also no mozzarella on top. When I asked about that was informed can't even add that the boss says no additional stuff. WOW. Sad guess our family will start looking for a new place. $63 for 3 pizzas is ridiculous we will never order from them again as our pizza was burnt. 1 of the 3 were burnt. Instead of apologizing because the customer is always right. I am not out looking to get free stuff I sent pictures to prove that the pizza was burnt. But you still don’t want to make a customer happy and replace it. NEVER again.

They didn't have half my order, said they would refund me and it would appear in 2-3 days. Been almost 2 weeks, will be charge backing through my cc company
