I met Palermo's at an open house at the Graycliff, and I fell in love with the taste of the dulce de leche and the red velvet. It was so generous that they brought massive sheet cakes to try multiple flavors. Phil was so nice and let us try more than one piece! YUM! My fiance and I can't wait to come in and create our special cake with Palermo's bakery.
The cake that we got from Palermo's for our wedding was even better then what we tasted. We have even had guests ask if there was any cake left and if they could have it! One of our guests asked the servers for a second piece! Everyone commented on how beautiful it was and how it tasted even better. A couple of months ago, I went to Palermo's Bakery for our wedding cake consultation. We (my dad--whom they accommodated, mom and fiance) were sadly not able to try any of the pastries that day which is why this contest is PERFECT. But, we ordered our wedding cake and the hospitality and expertise were completely on point. We are looking forward to our "very moist" beachy wedding cake in June!! :)
Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful! They did everything we asked for from cake flavors, to ribbon color and even mint piping! Everything was so easy and the cake arrived at our wedding - no hassles no problems!! Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting is to die for! We can't wait to eat the cake topper on our anniversary!
Always stop there when visiting friends in RP. You catered an event I attended and I knew pastries were from you.
We could not have asked for a better wedding cake! Came out stunning!
