Our wedding cake was gorgeous and delicious! We noticed a minor flaw in it (very small, only noticeable close up) and they were immediately apologetic and took care of it for us. But we got great comments on the look of the cake and the delicious flavors we chose! Big thumbs up for these guys!

We held our wedding at Shadowbrook and Palermo's was the contracted bakery that provides all the wedding cakes. I held an interracial wedding so I wanted to have a Chinese character on the cake. It was a 3 tier square cake with alternating flavors for each layer. We had red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla with dulce de leche filling.
