I attempted to order from Palermo's tonight for delivery. After an hour of waiting for our food we called to see the status. We were told the driver was on the way. A half hour later we called back and they told us that they thought we were picking the food up. I called back to speak to PAUL PALERMO to explain the reason we were now cancelling the order.
