We misunderstood the difference between a normal dentist and an orthodontist until we came to the clinic. They were super efficient to take all photos in extreme care though my wife was really apprehensive about his tooth ache. Doctor was really good at explaining all the issues. Really appreciated the effort.
My 2 boys and myself have used Palermo for our Invisalign orthodontics. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Happy with the outcome of my oldest and myself. My youngest is in the midst. I was told for years I wasn’t a candidate for Invisalign due to the bite issues and tooth removal needed. I had no issues. I like the flexibility of taking them out and putting them back in around food.
My daughter is a current patient and we are very satisfied with the treatment and the staff. Everything is going smoothly and each visit is such a positive experience. Everyone is very pleasant and kind.
