I currently live in Palermo and if I could give one piece of advice it is to never live here. The staff doesn't care about anything accept getting your money. My neighbor is a smoking machine and no matter what I say it is impossible to get her evicted. I have tried to move because I am a 100% disabled veteran and I wake up to cigarette smoke every morning but the good people at Terragon do not care. I was overcharged rent for a solid year. New review One of the things that has stood out to me as exceptional has been the help of the staff. Taylor is the one I have worked with the most and she has helped me with quite a few issues.
