Jewel is an amazing employee who is always there to help and support however she can. She has always been there for me and my family and has helped us through alot. Very caring and im so grateful she’s been here for us
My experience is mixed. The quality of the apartment is good and maintenance is on top of things and timely. The admin staff are communicative. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong was their approach to past due balances. I had a past due utility payment (not from lack of funds, simply didn't remember the date it would post by). The moment it was late, I found three letters on my door threatening me to vacate in 30 days or pay the balance. Just moved into Palermo and am so excited to be a part of the community. Taylor Luckett was an incredible help when moving in. She answered our MANY questions and addressed any concerns prompts. She is highly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we could move in as quickly as possible. So happy to be a part of this community!
My mom went to this place and Taylor helped her with rental information. She was so nice and helpful and my mom really appreciated her and the time she took to help my mom for me and my sister. She is an angel.
