Great staff, timely response from maintenance, convenient location to nearby grocery store and restaurants
Front office provided great customer and always answered any questions! The Maintenance team was amazing and they always got to issues so quickly. So friendly as well! The location was nice because of the food and groceries. The apartments need to be updated BUT you get what you pay for. They are nice just need some updating. I’d recommend these apartments to family or friends.
One of the best apartment communities I have lived at. Due to personal reasons I was very sad to leave. Grounds are always immaculate and clean. Maintenance team is one of the best, shoutout to Kevin. All office staff are super friendly, responsive and professional. I truly enjoyed my time here and will miss the quiet atmosphere!
Love, Love, Love Julz! She was so helpful & kind throughout the whole process. She was very sympathetic with us when we didn’t get the original unit we wanted. 🥹 She’s such a caring agent all around! Definitely recommend her for ANYONE looking to get into Palermo.
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex, I don't recommend anyone living here. Management is awful and shady
