Ever since the new manager started just 1 month ago the property has been trash. The grounds are a mess. There's dog crap everywhere. Landscaping is atrocious with holes dug everywhere and irrigation problems flooding the sidewalks, so you can't enjoy a walk anymore unless you want your dogs tracking in dirt and ruining the carpets that the company doesn’t even offer carpet cleaning any longer. Christopher was super patient and worked with us every step of the application process. He even let us look at the apartment multiple times to ensure it was perfect! Great place, great people, we are excited to start our new journey at Palermo Apartments!
Had an incredible experience touring the apartments and being guided every step of the way by Christopher in the leasing office. The level of care and genuine help is rare these days and makes a world of a difference in the overall quality of service. 10/10 for sure. The apartments are clean, renovated and in a gated community centrally located in Vegas! I’m happy I chose to apply here!
Wonderful place to live! Love the office staff - Christopher is always personable, helpful and seems to really care about us residents. Maintenance here is also very prompt, which is important to us as we've experienced poor service at previous apartments. One tiny issue I'd say is trying to contact the office can be frustrating since they have some ai handling calls, but once you get through it's fine. Overall pleased with the community and plan on staying long term.
