Only thing I didn't like was the girl at the counter...she needs to speak louder...she didn't know English and thought I didn't understand her but I couldn't hear her so she goes to the back and gets another girl to help us...and the same with me the person who came in after me was served first instead of me...FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! Nobody was there when we walked in...but other than that it was good food.

I went this location Saturday July 22 2017 at around 12pm . I ordered a yogurt 3 ice creams and 4 elotes. The lady was rushing us to order, take note we were the only ones in the building. She take 30 minutes to make our order because 2 people walked in after us and stopped making our stuff and made their food first, ( while their is a second older lady hiding in the kitchen) . I love all the sweet treats and snacks everything very delicious...but the menu also needs to be in English for your English speaking clients! Very important to attract more customers..I don't go in unless I take my Spanish speaking boyfriend to translate for me and this shouldn't be...I may add that your staff also needs to be bilingual as well...

Today I had the worst experience at this place. I waited 30 mins to get service. Then once we moved from the order spot to the cashier, was told that they had a $10 min for credit card. They expected me to walk to Walgreens for cash and when I said no, I just won't take it. The lady, Diana, proceeded to snatch the food from the counter. I will not be going back. There was no need for such a display of rudeness when she had just given another gentleman his food to eat in the restaurant without charging him first.
