The paleo diet is among the worst of all diets, as ranked by many reliable sources. For example, U.S. News and World Report's 2017 ranking of 38 diets has the paleo diet ranked #36 out of 38. It is just bad in many ways. Vegetarian or vegan diets are far more nutritious and less harmful to the human body, and can certainly be made gluten or dairy free.
First time ordering. The food is great. Hoping they will come up with nutritional values for the food soon.

AIP has changed my life, but it's not the easiest program to follow. Lots of limitations, lots of time spent on food prep, but oh-so-worth-it for the many health benefits. POTG food is delicious and super easy to order. Great comfort food options. Super flavorful and just plain awesome.
