I waited two hours for my dog to get vaccinations and this was with an appointment. They had completely forgotten about me waiting in the parking lot because I was not allowed in due to their Covid regulations. They told me it was not a drop off and to wait in my car and they would call. They called me for my credit card payment over the phone and 48 minutes later I’m still waiting. I called and they acted as if they had no clue I was waiting!!! Extremely disappointed!!!
RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with this very caring Vet and in my opinion he's a great man aside from being a wonderful VET. That means something in this world today. grateful for your help when I was panicking and sad and unable to be calm and objective. Top notch support staff with huge ❤️'s, and I'm grateful for all of them!!! thank you for everything you do and especially thank you for the help with Rocky and your warm kindness. I will tell everyone I know!!

I've been with them since the beginning, 2 cats, 5 dogs, a sheep, goat, and a pig. Dr. S. is awesome and always takes good care of the entire fur family!
We love Dr. Matt and his staff. They are so caring and compassionate. My cat gets stressed just getting in the car to go to the clinic. They love on him and take such good care of him. It makes us both feel better. Thank you Paleface!
