Very knowledgeable, dependable, and reasonable..
Told me he couldn't repair my leaking shower valve without replacing it. In retrospect, I highly doubt it because other plumbers said they could just replace the cartridge. I went with Pale, he sent me to his buddy to buy a new valve (claimed it was better than getting it at Home Depot), which he installed. The new valve was 3x more expensive than a Home Depot valve and broke after 2 years, I had to replace it again.
Work scheduled as I needed. Vince on-time, plumbing changes done neatly and efficiently, good price.
