Quality work, done promptly, and at a fair price
Vince took a few days to contact me after my initial call, and while my issue wasn't a major emergency, it did need addressing. Regardless, he eventually gave me a ballpark time and day, so I took that day to prepare (to make things as easy as possible), only for him to never contact me until I reached out a few minutes before the end of his arrival window asking if he was still coming.
