It was a lot better when the old man was around. I could tell they were a holes just by talking to one of their staff on the phone.
Too bad I can only give Palco 5 stars, they deserve more. Tony and the staff are second to none in knowledge, customer satisfaction, and they even took the time to cheerfully help a dummy like me:) Their prices are the best around and its a pleasure to do business with such nice, caring people. Friday the 19th I walked into Palco Electronics to inquire about having a CB radio installed in my Jeep. First off, I was struck by the selection of equipment. It is second to none. Outstanding. This is immediately where my praise ends. The guy behind the counter was very indifferent to the fact that I was even there. I asked if I could have a radio installed. He said come back Monday. Could have been a bad day, who knows? Caring staff, I dont believe so. You could not pay me enough to ever walk through the doors of this place again.
I admit that Im not an easy guy to please. Tony and Palco Electronics have far exceed my expectations in knowledge, customer satisfaction, and taking the time to make sure their customers will be happy with their purchase. Its not often that a merchant will put the customers needs before their own wallet, but that is exactly what Palco has done! Cheers to them for great prices, integrity, and customer satisfaction second to none. I Highly recommend Palco and do so without reservation!
