We had a great experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent — responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. They were punctual, respectful, and kept everything extremely clean during installation, which was very appreciated. The finished railing looks amazing and the quality of the product really shows. Horrible service!!! I had an appointment with Angelo waited all day until 5:00pm never showed left 2 messages still no call back glad I didn’t do business with him I think this would have been bad luck!! Poor service I definitely would not recommend this guy or waste my time call other competitors with better service!!!!
Angelo was great! He promptly responded to our texts and calls. He replaced an old tired wrought iron stairway railing with an updated oak and metal one. He is such a skilled carpenter and the finished product was beautiful. His outstanding attention to detail was notable. We would highly recommend him! Great job!
Angelo did a great job transforming our builder-grade half-wall into a banister and added a new handrail! He was very flexible with our work schedules and was able to complete the job in one day! He was very thorough in his work and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Palazzolo Finish Carpentry & Stairs!
