I've lived in the Phoenix area my whole life and can say I've been been thoroughly impressed with Palazzo Townhomes every time I am in the area and everything it offers to current and future residents in the area. The property is not only well-maintained, but also has a fresh, polished look that really stands out. This is an excellent place to call home. The floor plans are all very spacious and come with attached two car garages. Also, the are close to everything and have the best amenities!

We have lived here for over 2 years and have never had a problem with management. Whenever something needs fixing it is always done within a reasonable time. I love all of the amenities that the property has to offer and are very happy living here!
