Loud, disruptive, consistent landscaping. They hire these guys with huge leafblower backpacks to blow the dust around. I have complained multiple times about the disruptions. They start pre7am and the noise is not just loud but vibrational so you cant escape even with noise cancelling headphones. Imagine moving in next to the guy that cuts the grass every morning.
