I have been going to Palazzo for a couple of years. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is relaxing and fresh! Everything is clean and sanitized. Everyone who works there is very friendly and always remembers me. I highly recommend!
Called the night before and got an appt for when they opened, super clean and very friendly! In and out in a hour an a half with a mani pedi, acrylic fill! I also had a design in mind and Brian used his creativity and made it better than I could have imagined! Highly recommended
The workers were very nice and fit me in as a walk-in. I thought the final product was great, but here I am less than 2 days later looking at 3 cracked nails. Frustrating! Update to add owner offered to fix it, I do appreciate it I just am no longer in town.
I love this place I come all the time they make me feel very comfortable and are so nice and respectful
