I was just here, not sure how they got over 1k reviews with out buying them. The owner literally stopped doing my nails and started doing someone elses!! Beautiful place but not what ive ever experienced at a nail salon.
Cece did an incredible job!! I was floored how well she did the shape. And as a fellow beauty professional, I have to say the space is always so clean and the people are so quick and kind to get you in.10/10 would recommend!
Truly unsure why my friend and I have given this place multiple chances. The staff are incredibly rude, often making inappropriate comments about our appearance/weight (the most notable would be my pedicure tech pointing and laughing in my face repeatedly saying “you no work out” , like 4 times😭. This was after she asked my friend why her feet were so rough and her saying that she was a dancer.) Palazzo Nails always provides amazing services. It is a professional environment with friendly, talented staff. I’ve never been disappointed!!
I got a manicure and pedicure recently and my nails have already started falling off (like easily, popping off). I am not happy as I paid a lot of money for the nails and while they look fantastic, I excepted them to last longer than 7 days. Also, got a pedicure. The woman wanted me to pay 55$ instead of the 35$ one and was very pushy. Thanks anyways.
