I come in just for a pedicure. In the past it’s been great. But this time I got a lot of repeated pressure for up-services…repeated (like 5 times!) push for gel, for more expensive services. It makes it uncomfortable. Ultimately I liked my pedicure but I don’t know if I can recommend any longer because of the pressure.
Henry did an amazing job on my nails. I have been going to Palazzo for a long time now. Henry never disappoints. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My daughter & I have had the best experience at Palazzo Nail Spa. It’s very clean and spacious inside and they are very friendly. Every design we give them they do perfectly.
Min was very detail oriented, thorough and took his time with my gel pedicure!
