Palazzo Nail Lounge consistently delivers an outstanding experience! I truly appreciate the fantastic customer service and attentiveness every time I visit. I’ve had services from several different technicians, and I’ve never been disappointed—everyone is skilled, professional, and welcoming. There are other salons much closer to my home, but I’ll always make the drive to Palazzo because they go above and beyond every single time. Highly recommend!

MY NAILS ARE LITERALLY PERFECTION EVERY TIME And free drinks! What more can you ask for? The ambience is beautiful and the atmosphere is classy, I love this nail salon The nail tech that did my nails is “RIO”. He did them super fast I was out in 1 hour!

You book appointments online and when you go in in they just throw you to anyone. I never really let guys do my nails but this time I did and I wish I didn't I spent 159 that's including a 20$ tip for me and my sisters nails but the fact it hasn't been been a full two weeks and I only have two nails on cause he didn't put enough glue is mind blowing and I though of going up there but they are to far from my house and I might just get tossed to someone else.
