These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in so glad my lease was up here. They never fixed anything and any of the units they have a roach problem in the units you tell them over and over the issue and they never do anything to fix it. Every other day the gate is broken. Though I haven't moved in yet. I did want to take a minute to rave about Keshani. I've been touring apartments for awhile, and her kidness and helpfulness were unmatched to other agents and complexes I visited. She made every step of the way easy for me. I feel its a sign of good things to come, and look forward to updating my review after move in. If you are searching for a place, ask her, she will make you feel at home.
I lived at Palazzo at Cypresswood for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. The staff was always professional, kind, and willing to work with me whenever I needed support. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and helped me find solutions instead of brushing me off. The community of residents was friendly and welcoming, which made it feel like home. Danielle the manager is the only person in the office you can talk to with any assurance. I do believe Danielle cared about doing the right thing for her residents, but her hands were tied to make any changes. As for Sabrina, who everyone praises for her help, I just don't understand the accolades. The woman made numerous errors over and over in my account even after several meetings and I eventually concluded she simply wasn't playing with a full deck.
