’ve been going to Palazio Hair Salon in Pearlridge Shopping Center for years and always supported this place, but ever since Diamond left, the service has gone downhill. Love Kathy and the hardworking team — they’re great at what they do. Unfortunately, the front desk has mis-scheduled me at least three different times this past year (wrong dates or times). It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the services and the staff, but when I book an appointment for a specific time, I expect that time to be honored. I did let them know about this, and it was met with a “not-our-fault” attitude, when it’s like, you’re responsible for the schedule 🫨

It is very clean here and the service was amazing. They were able to accommodate me even though it was last minute. I got a fill and a pedicure by Kathy and she did an amazing job. She made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Everyone was really nice here. This will be my new spot.
To start I don’t see how this place have 5 star, I appreciate the fact that they took me at the last minute but seems like they have the worse styles for it. I went to get a flat iron and trim the lady don’t understand what is a trim because she cut over 2 inch and when I went to check out the guy goes $119.00 I be like for a straightening and trim and he said shampoo style I be like she did not wash my hair, so he went to to talk to her and came back and said it’s $103.
