To start I don’t see how this place have 5 star, I appreciate the fact that they took me at the last minute but seems like they have the worse styles for it. I went to get a flat iron and trim the lady don’t understand what is a trim because she cut over 2 inch and when I went to check out the guy goes $119.00 I be like for a straightening and trim and he said shampoo style I be like she did not wash my hair, so he went to to talk to her and came back and said it’s $103. I love this place, great massages, eyebrow wax, manicures and pedicures this place has it all at a great price too. The workers are all amazing and nice, especially annie for my nails. Ive been to other salons, but i always end up coming back to them because only they do an amazing job consistently

I am quite disappointed with my recent experience. I found the technician to be pleasant and the work itself well-done, but I was surprised by the final cost of $107. I had initially chosen the deluxe service, quoted at $69 before tax. Unfortunately, additional services were added without my prior consent or knowledge, leading to the higher charge. Better communication regarding additional charges would be appreciated. I feel this was dishonest, and I will not be returning.
