My friend clearly announced by both phone and to the server that multiple guests in our party had nut allergies, and we specifically told them to avoid including any peanuts in any of our dishes. My friend had An allergic And instead of the server empathizing with her, she kept trying to reiterate how it wasn’t the restaurant fault. I never wanted to write a bad review or crap on the place but the way she reacts to my friend having an allergic reaction just wasn’t OK. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Palato while celebrating my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. Sarah and Edna, in particular, were outstanding.
