Personal & professional attention!! You never feel like you are on an assembly line or just left on your own. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to make a person feel comfortable and get well. Miles is awesome & one of the best Physical Therapists I have ever had the pleasure of seeing, & I'm clumsy so I've seen a few. Michelle at the front desk always has a smile ready for each patient and makes a person feel calm and welcome. No one could go wrong with these AWESOME people!!
I went to Palatka therapy two years ago with a left shoulder rotator cuff surgery Dr Miles and his staff got me back to 100% use of my arm now I am back with my right shoulder rotator cuff surgery and in my second week of therapy, I recommend Dr Miles and his professional staff as they will get me back to 100% 👍👍
