If I could give a half star I would. Day 1 there were bugs ALL over the place. When Initially toured it was dark and the power was not functioning. So I could not see any signs of bug activity. Throughout my stay of just under 2 months, I encountered many live/dead roaches. Palatine Square Apartments - AVOID atall costs. Palatine Square Apartments is the dirtiest and most hazardous place I’ve ever lived in my life. I moved out 2 months after moving in. The apartment has an active and severe building-wide cockroach infestation. It’s so severe that the problem continued even after multiple rounds of professional treatment, with roaches and droppings found throughout every room in the unit, including in kitchen cabinets. 1. too many Bugs / no inspection / no pest control 2. maintenance never come on time / don't come at all 3. people around playing load music, no body cares. 3. when people around walk with their pets, pets shit on front of your patio door. 4. too many rules and regulations on their contract paper but "No body follow" & Owners/managers don't care. but they need rent on time "MUST" worst customer service
Nice quiet place to live. The courtyards offer a safe place for children to play.
