I highly recommend Palatine Pediatrics. Dr. Duong is compassionate, attentive, and very responsive to our needs and concerns. My twin boys were terrified of the doctor until we started coming to her practice. We are very grateful for the excellent care that she provides.
We always have a good experience with every visit to see Dr. Duong. My Grandson is a teen and is still comfortable sharing physical and medical concerns. She follows up with previous issues. Dr. Duong always makes sure his vaccines are current. Whenever I call I have been able to be seen promptly. I would recommend Dr. Duong to any young family and dread when my Grandson gets too old to see her.
I love our pediatrician and her staff. The Office is very clean, plenty of parking, and staff are so welcoming. Dr Duong has helped guide us as new parents, and always provides reassurance when we share our worries/concerns. I also love the accessibility of text reminders for upcoming appointments.
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Christine. It felt like her focus was more on financial aspects rather than genuinely caring for my child's health. During our visit, she didn't thoroughly check my baby, and seemed primarily interested in administering a vaccine. When I expressed my concerns about wanting to wait due to an upcoming surgery, her response was dismissive. I expected a more attentive approach to my child's health and well-being.
