Highly do NOT recommend. I was having an issue with my AC unit not blowing out cold air so I had an AC tune up appointment on 05/18/22. The maintenance man said nothing was wrong, everything was all good, and left. Note: he did not even do a temperature check on the vents and did not look at the thermostat at all (incase wiring was an issue). Always Excellent service and every job is done to perfection.
Great service, knowledgeable and professional. We have needed service last minute and for routine maintenance. Palatine Heating is always reliable and never disappoints.
I would give the business 5 stars, but at this time during a pandemic I would expect workers to wear their mask the whole time they are in the house. A worker came to my mom's house and he wore it when he walked in, took it off while working on the heater and then wore it walking around the house. Germs just don't stay in one room. It should be worn the whole time to be most effective. When in a house of an older adult have some respect for them.
