Had a terrible customer experience with their investor / Comms department and Steve their CFO following their NYCE American stock unlisting. Their level of support was totally useless, unclear and outrageous and made me lose all my trust in this company on top of not getting a clear answer at all on how to access our holdings. I would not recommend dealing with them in any sort of form to anyone based on the awful experience I had as they really were not helpful or concise at all.
