Palate recently catered my NOLA wedding as well as event design. They did an amazing job! The food was excellent and my family (we have critical foodies) raved about the food. The event design was perfect to fit my venue. We had some miscommunication about flowers the day of my wedding and we called Jack & Glenn and they quickly last minute resolved the issue and everything went smoothly so I thank them for that! Thank you guys for making my wedding so memorable for my family & friends!
Palate recently catered Belle Chasse Academy's FOOL'S RUSH IN" Gala Fundraiser. The food was amazing and plentiful! The crew was very professional and accommodating. Glenn Vatshall is a true culinary visionary who makes sure your event menu is beautifully presented and every detail is carefully tended to. A class act!!
