Great job on the double palapa install! The guys are friendly, efficient and neat. Also patiently answered all our questions about placement and sizing too.
Would not recommend this business. Had an install for a replacement thatch on the books for over two weeks. They never showed and never returned my phone call to apologize. Luckily I didn't give them a deposit since I was going to pay cash. Would suggest Palapa Kings in Oceanside. They did an amazing job and were very reliable.
I recently had my thatch redone by Tropical Shade and I just wanted to share my review. The job they did was absolutely fabulous. Daniel and Luis knew what they were doing. Owner Majorie was very easy and a pleasure to work with. A+++ Thanks again, one very happy customer Joe
