Don't go here I ordered food on the 3rd of October for pick up. Found a hair in it! Brought it back up there. They said I would get a refund. Its the 10th of October and still nothing. He didn't even give me a receipt. Said he couldn't because it was on line though there website. I have called and they just keep saying the manager is not in.
Great food and service. Outstanding.
We have loved Palapas for years, but tonight our waitress Carmelita REALLY made the experience amazing. She was kind and we never had to ask for a thing! She was so on top of our needs and polite and sweet. Hope to see her next time we come, thanks Palapas!
