I had 2 separate Palaps built 3 years ago and they have BOTH fallen completely apart!! The craftsmanship is shotty at best! When you spend that much money on a product being built it should last more than 2.5 years.
Robert and his crew did a great job! It’s the 2nd palapa he’s done for me and I was more than happy both times. His communication, attention to detail, timeliness, and cleanliness were top notch. I’d refer Robert and PALAPA JOES to all my friends and I’m a very meticulous person. Great job guys!
Roberts work is great and he is very attentive to your specifications. I have had 3 other compnaies work over the years for repairs on the thatch and he is by far the best. I highly recommend him and his work!

Great service and timely installation. Robert and Joe called me back and gave me a competitive bid and we’re able to come out and install a new thatch on my tiki bar and it looks great!
