We make custom palapas, tikis, and specialized faux-bamboo poles. We now make and ship our standard build yourself kits throughout continental US . I ordered some thatches from this company, talked to the office manager who says that I would receive my shipment the very next day. Balony! Tuesday turns into Friday. This company lacks knowledge and honesty! I do not recommend it at all. Try palapastructures.com if you're looking for similar materials.
