This is a great gym. All the coaches are awesome, helpful, and encouraging. The front desk staff are all great as well.

Generally a good place to work out. You will feel welcome every time you come. The people aren't judgmental. Very supportive environment. Plus hydro massage

I came here with a friend to try their introductory class. Christine and Christine are the owners and are really nice and sweet. There were 3 of us and one of the Christines showed us the basic punches - jab, cross, uppercut - before the actual class. It made it nice for those of us who have never done a kickboxing class before just diving in head first into a class. I got a good workout and sweated incredibly. Ove been a member here for 2 and a half years and I love it. They try to foster a family oriented atmosphere (a lot of classes have free babysitting). We sweat a lot but also laugh a lot. They have a yoga mentality to working out so respecting you body is just as important as anything else. Really love this place.

I've been a member at Palangi Fit for a month now and absolutely love working out here! The class instructors are fantastic and each workout is fun and different each time. I definitely recommend it!
