The doctor is fine but the office is impossible to reach: No one answers the phone and when you leave a message they don't call back. I cannot message the provider because he doesn't show up as a possible recipient despite my having seen him twice with regular check-ups.
Dr. Desai He really cares about his patients. He is not only an excellent Hematologists but he is kind and really cares about his patients. He takes time to explain what go's on with the patient. My mother was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer to the spine/ribs so she was admitted to St. Mary’s Hospital on Division. I was visiting my mother when all this happened so I was very concerned about leaving her. My mother said that everyday Dr. Desai saw her, she felt at peace because he showed her kindness.
