I had a great experience when I ask are they accepting applications and the answer was yes a the manager gave me an application and explain to me what will happen when I bring it back. I bring it nk the next day and he inform me that when he put it in the computer he will send me a payment coupon to take to Walmart to pay my application fee and he did like an hour later. So that’s was very pleasing to me.
The property and staff were amazing.
We've had several apartment managers in the last 3 years and each one gets worse and worse. Nothing gets fixed. Yet rent goes up at least twice a year. How can you compete with any other apartments when there having been any upgrades.?Phone calls and text go unanswered. Calling Royal American to complain is like talking to a wall.
Our new apartment manager is so freaking amazing. His name is Tanner. He’s happy to be at work. He’s happy to help you. He’s always smiling . Our last manager was a nightmare. Who ever sat Tanner at that desk…Thank You… because we are recovering from trauma.
Great place to live. Apartment is spacious and I am so happy here. Our manager and the staff do a wonderful job keeping this complex well maintained. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I am very grateful to be here.
