After a routine oil change at P'cola Audi, they informed me that my 2019 Q8 with 46K miles had a coolant leak from failing water pump that required a $5,000 repair immediately or risk blown engine. I got a 2nd opinion at Palafox Imports where the owners, Tom and Guy confirmed that this is a fairly well known issue with this engine (subject of a class action lawsuit) and confirmed there was a leak. They scheduled the fix for the next day and finished by the end of day for half the dealership quote. Several weeks later and the... read more
June 2025 Fast and efficient services August 2026 - Update. Took my wife's Mercedes in for service for the first time earlier this week. Its been a challenge finding competent shops in the area, and while the service she had was not too involved, I appreciated their transparency and friendliness. They took pictures throughout their work of any areas of concern, so they could physically point out specific issues and save them for reference down the line. Will bring my other vehicles here moving forward.
Awesome people that do great work. Highly recommended
