I have a 2008 Porsche Cayman S and have taken it to Palafix Imports a number of times for maintenance and/or repairs. I have been extremely pleased on each occasion. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and get the job done in a timely manner. Their quotes are reasonable and spot on with jobs done. Great customer service.
Avoid this shop. I really wanted this shop to be great, because they’re one of the only indy Porsche repair facilities in town. Unfortunately I had an all around bad experience here, and I left with a dirty, damaged, and un-repaired car. I took my 911 there to perform some regular fluid/oil/filter maintenance and also to troubleshoot a worsening extended cranking issue.
