I am a returning client and while my previous experience was good, this time is comically bad. I have had endless calls and emails and still cannot access their client portal so I can contact my Dr. and see my records. Had a call with my Dr. a week ago and she never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Hoping things get better. Paladina is supposed to make life easier but so far its been a lot of work on my end.
