My mother rented here for 7 years, when we went to clean out her unit all of the boxes that had been sitting on the floor had gotten wet and alot of them were holding water when we opened them...I tried to ask if there was anything that could be done or if the facility could turn it in on their insurance...they said nope you have get your own insurance...there is a settling pond behind the unit and water must have seeped in during Hurrican Helene. These guys are awesome to do business with! They have that personal, old-school way of doing business that major chains can't touch! Units and buildings are always clean and well lighted. I enjoy doing business with them.
