The property Mgr is very good at lease scams and always trying to get over on his tenants that's why his property located on S.6th St. In SouthernView IL has always had lots of vacancy because now that the SouthernView Village has given him over $250,000 of Tiff money to remodel the exterior of the strip mall. The insides of each still needs to be updated with ADA restrooms but he want to put the cost on the tenants and still expects the tenant to pay a premium lease. I wrote a nice long response to you review here listing every lie half truth, lease breaking, illegal thing that you did to cause this mess.
