DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AS POSSIBLE! I had an issue with my air conditioner on my 2015 Chev Silverado. We took the truck into Paladin on July 22nd for the first time and dealt directly with the owner Deb Kingston. We were told that the compressor was bad and that it would cost $727.80. no customer service etiquette
Debbie, the owner, is rude to her customers on the phone and hangs up on them. I would not recommend going to this company. We brought our vehicle in for a oil change and check on the balancing of our tires and this is how she treated us. Never got the work done I was told to come pick up the vehicle.
Stop ripping people off and swapping out parts do the job your hired to do and changing prices on people
RecommendedEverything that you might need to have done for your vehicle. From an oil change to having a new motor installed. I have seen them do all of these things and more.
