I went with my mom to see him, and he completely ignored all of my mom’s complains about the pain and the irritation. I asked him what could have been the causes of the redness and he totally ignored my inquiry. He injected something into my mom’s eye without explaining what it was. At last, he prescribed and antibiotic without explaining what he was prescribing. Such unprofessional behavior, no compassion whatsoever. This is not the right way to treat patients.
