We had Palacio Construction complete a full master bathroom remodel. Walter was great to work with throughout the entire project—he was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Anytime an issue came up, he addressed it quickly and made sure it was resolved. We would definitely recommend Palacio Construction to anyone looking for a reliable remodeling contractor.
We had Walter and his crew make a laundry room off the kitchen for us. And I love it absolutely beautiful. His guys are very good at what they do and the clean up is amazing. Everything went so smooth. Very good experience I most certainly would recommend them. And if I need any more work done they will be called upon. Thank all of you for your professionalism. Amazing crew.
We had an addition added to our home that is almost 100 years old. Palacio GC was wonderful to work with through the whole process, design, permits and construction. Their team made the process easy, understood our goals and they were transparent through the entire build. The results are beautiful and high quality even for a small moderate addition. People walking by keep saying it’s looks like it has been part of the house the entire time. Great people to work with and beautiful results!
Walter and his crew did a great job with our kitchen remodel. Walter was knowledgeable and responsive. People came when scheduled and were all courteous and professional. In fact the project finished a bit early. We are very pleased with the results.
