We had water in our basement. The entire team of professionals Palace Restoration sent was phenomenal. They first had to find the source of the leak, then to mitigate the water damage and remove our contents, then to repair the foundation leak followed by replacing the sheetrock and then texturing and painting same followed by the installation of new carpet and pad and then finalized with replacement of the basement contents. This business is a joke! Our home was damaged by a truck delivering rocks to our home. Since the damage was done by the rock company they used their liability insurance to cover the damage. **** came out to our house pulled out a bunch of insulation made a bunch of empty promises and then ghosted us, seriously?! Here's the kicker a YEAR later we have an invoice sent to us for over $3,000 for work that was NEVER COMPLETED! We had severe interior water/sewage damage to our home and were looking for a contractor to complete a large rebuild project (over $100K). We previously had multiple contractors out to the house but hadn't decided on who we wanted to work with. Our insurance company recommend "Palace", so we decided to give them a call.
