I rented a property from Karen De Hoog while my home was being renovated. Karen was great to work with and professional. I highly recommend her for all your property management and real estate needs.
Karen is amazing! My roommate and I rented a place for six months, not only was it great service/communication but we had a blast staying there. If you are looking to rent in CDA Palace Property Management is definitely the best spot to go through. Karen is very helpful and accommodating which makes things seamless. I couldn't recommend enough.
My husband and I rented a home from Karen De Hoog at Palace Property Management in Coeur d Alene Idaho for two years. We received excellent service while renting from Karen. She was prompt to respond to any needs we had, along with getting to repairs that needed to be done to the home. We received all of our deposit money back when we met her conditions moving out. We would go through this property management company again if we had a need for a rental home. She is a very caring person that went out of her way to help us.
We where with palace property for five years and Karen is the best there is. Never a problem and always took care of issues asap. Her three stars is BS. Take care of the place and follow the rules that you agreed to and there won’t be issues. Owners are super cool too.
I wouldn't even give this Management property a star! The manager Karen DE HOAG IS A very unpleasant money hungry person. I rented front them for 3 and 1/2 YEARS AND treated the place like it was my own. The owners where sad to see me and my son to go. Karen lied about everything and took my deposit . I am single mom gping to nursing school. She increased my rent $150. Not $50 a $150. Took my deposit and is trying take get me for things that just aren't true. I wish I never rented with her.
