I am not giving 5 stars based on the food because I honestly have not had it (yet). What I do believe deserves 5 stars is, here in a world driven by profits where people can get pushed aside all to often, it is an inspiration to see there are employers who will have the courage and moral sense to stand up for their employee even in the face of angry customer demands he be fired or somehow reprimanded.
