Made an appointment with specific tech. Arrived. He was doing a set of nails which would take about an hour. What was the point of making an appointment. They did this the time before when I made appointment waited over hour and half and the tech I reserved did not do my pedicure Will not be returning

I’ve been coming here for the past 6 years, and they always do an amazing job! Steven, John, Mike, Michelle, and CT consistently make my nails look beautiful, and Kacey and the other longtime staff members are good too! Kacey is always friendly and welcoming. For pedicures, Ryan is the absolute best! I especially love how my FIFA World Cup-inspired nails turned out! 💜❤️💚💙⚽️ I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and talented nail technicians in the McKinney area.
