I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the blatant racism I’ve experienced from Ping, a nail technician I used to support. Since her move from West Hempstead, her treatment toward Black and Brown clients has noticeably worsened. Horrible ! No customer service or how to speak to customers. Booked here for my birthday got there even called told me I could come now. Got there she told me to wait 30 mins . Last time I booked made me wait an hour 30 mins as well. Do not book here ! Waste of time . Horrible customer service . Walked out and got no apology for a waste of time. They do good work & the decor is very nice, plus they have snacks which is cool, but the main woman is moody & unfriendly. She messed up my nails, then refused to fix them, even with me offering to come back when less busy. If you catch her in a bad mood, she is extremely impatient & you'll end up disappointed with the results. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant experience, so the negativity is just not worth it. All the other girls seem pretty nice. READ BEFORE GOING!!! It’s crazy to say but I had asked for such a simple nail design which happen to be a french tip, and got the most thick rounded unfiled gel on my nails. After I had explained that I only want a square French. I asked her if she could file it down more to which she told me why I didn’t tell her earlier. Typically when going any other nail salon I don’t have to keep reminding my nail tech the design and shape. All together my total came out to be $120 for a short/medium French tip.
