Made an appointment for my niece and I to get mani pedi together for 11:30 they have a full house when I get here and don’t take us till 11:45, not bad but not good then here I am at noon not even sat for mine which I am not getting mine done now so they lost out on money and no tip for the crappy service. Along with tried to explain not to do the pinky toe cause it was hurt and they still grabbed it and all. It sucks they don’t understand English enough to not hurt her more.
I'm a 73 year old dude and can't be bothered cutting my own nails. They do a great job at a reasonable price and are very friendly.
First time here and it was a man who attended me. He was very aggressive and rushed to begin with. I had made an appointment ahead of time. First time he hurt my nails I didn’t say anything but the second he did, I told him and he laughed. After the third time, he seemed bothered and he just got up and started talking to his coworkers and I’m sure he said something about it. Also went with my sister in law they ended up drilling under her nails too deep and ended up bleeding
