They overcharge you at the end. They give you a starting price and then they add on extra if you have long nails, but they don’t communicate that to you until after. Plus, I went in for two nail repairs and they cut my nails down and still added the extra long Nail fee to my service. Unfortunately, I did not receive the service or the final look I was hoping for based on the reference photo I showed. When choosing the color, I politely asked the nail tech if I could see two colors on my nails so I could decide which one looked better. She did not seem very friendly or patient about the request, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the final price.
