The clippers and things used were not autoclaved and I don't know they were ever properly cleaned. She just hung them back up in her case after use. She used a cheese grater type thing on my feet which I understand are illegal and for me it was unnecessary. She added acetone to the polish while painting my nails. 5 coats later the color and finish are off. Sanitary conditions are of the utmost importance. I will not return here.
Jimmy has done my nails twice now and does an amazing job and makes sure their exactly what I want!
I've been coming to Palace Nails for a 3 years and they consistently deliver excellent service. The salon is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly efficient without rushing through the work. My nails always turn out looking fantastic, and I'm impressed that I never have to wait. They really respect their customers' time. The staff is friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Palace Nails for quality nail care!
Jessica did an awesome job my nails.. her and Jasmine tagged team me together ( she did my feet) and we’re phenomenal!!! Will definitely be back.. i think I finally found my shop in The Colony now! Drinks available Great customer service!!! And very attentive!
